Boy Scouts of America, Keystone Area Council #515
The Keystone Area Council is located in south central Pennsylvania and provides the Scouting program to more than 10,500 youth in more than 300 units. It serves the counties of Dauphin, Perry, Cumberland, Franklin, and a small part of York and Adams. Although the Council Service Center is located in Mechanicsburg, the largest metropolitan area in the Council is the state capital, Harrisburg. Also within the Council are the towns of Hershey (home of the Hershey Company, maker of Hershey chocolates) and Carlisle (home of the U.S. Army War College, the Dickinson School of Law and Dickinson College).
